If you are a homeowner and need an account, please use the Contact Us page (General Public) to send a message (using the Send To choice of "New Homeowner Account Request") to the board with proper contact email information. Login will provide secure access to a member directory as well as a Request Management system for contacting the Board with your comments, concerns, and requests for services. Additionally, with your secured login, you'll also be able to manage ARB and Resale Certificate requests in one secure place. Did we also mention that when you submit the request, you'll receive notifications about the status of your request and can login to check the status and provide updates?

New Website Coming Soon!

I know it hasn't been that long since we launched this website but in the years since we have discovered issues with it that make it difficult to allow the board to do their tasks. We have found that organizing data around property addresses is also problematic. The board has searched for a different website provider to help improve our processing and your experience with the board and the community. Look for news of the new site soon, it will be launched in September. Website address will still be the same, southporthoa.com. However, our contact emails will likely change as we are also getting rid of our old and problematic email provider at the same time. Look in you inboxes (or potentially spam folder) for news related to this new site and new login information.
