Architectural Changes Support

If you are considering making any changes to the exterior appearance of your home, (refreshing with the same colors and products, does not require the support of the ARB), hard scape, sheds, fences etc please log in to the website and submit an Architectural request. The ARB is available to help you fulfill your vision and stay within the Architectural Guidelines of the Community. Only homeowners can submit the request. It is an all-volunteer Board that have full-time jobs and busy lives so please make sure to submit in a timely manner and allow for adjustments.

Resale Certificates

When you decide to sell your home, please log into the website and request a Resale Certificate. Resale Certificates require 14 days from the time the request is submitted and payment of the processing fee is received, so please submit the form as soon as you authorize your realtor to start selling the home.

New Owners

Please fill out this form to notify the board you would like a login account. Please include the property address and when you purchased the property in the text of the message.

Contractors

Architectural Review Information

All Architectural Review submittals must be submitted by the homeowner via the HOA website. The Architectural Review Board has 30 days to work with the homeowner to create a vision that is consistent with the Architectural Standards. Therefore, please provide the homeowner with all the required design information in electronic format in a timely manner. Review by the Architectural Review Board does not relieve the contractor nor the homeowner from compliance with all building codes, regulations and laws.

Realtors & Closing Agents

Resale Certificates

Requests for Resale Certificates must be submitted by the homeowners via our website in a timely manner, so please inform the homeowner to do this via the website as soon as your sales agreement is signed.

Closing Agents

All information you need from the HOA to prepare closing documents is contained in the Resale Certificate.
