Monthly HOA Board Meeting
Wednesday, October 12th, 2022, 7pm at Braddock District Supervisor meeting room
Monthly meeting of the board members of Southport HOA. We will post important agenda items to be discussed. Members of the community are welcome to attend. Location: Braddock District Supervisor Meeting Room - Back of Kings Park Library.
Community Clean Up Day
Sunday, October 23rd, 2022, 8am to 12pm at Old Burke Lake Road (portion adjacent to cul-de-sac that faces LB School) & North Stream area off Lake Braddock Dr
Stream/Common Area Clean-Up
Old Burke Lake Road – portion adjacent to the cul-de-sac that faces Lake Braddock Secondary School; north stream area; south stream area. Meet a bit before 8 am (or any time you can arrive) at the entrance to the north stream area off of Lake Braddock Drive
Join members of the Board and neighbors as we clean up the area adjacent to Old Burke Lake Road and the stream areas. We’ll be picking up trash, trimming the weeds/brush adjacent to the stream area trail, and spreading new mulch/woodchips to prepare the trail surface for the winter. String trimmers, weed eaters, and wheelbarrows are needed! Wear long pants, boots, and gloves.
Time: 8 am – 12 noon (Come for the entire time or for as long as you’re able to help!)
