Community Yard Sale - DATE CHANGE
Saturday, June 11th, 2022, 8am to 12pm at Throughout the community
Individual homeowners are welcome to set up their own or collective yard sales. Southport HOA Board will advertise this event through electronic media.
Annual Full HOA Meeting
Wednesday, June 29th, 2022, 7pm to 9pm at Braddock District Supervisor's Conference Room - Back of Kings Park Library
NEW DATE and LOCATION!
Full member ANNUAL HOA Meeting. Location: Braddock District Supervisor's Conference Room - Entrance is at back of Kings Park Library, side facing the office building and bank.
* Request all owners attend or send a proxy vote form. We must obtain a quorum of members in good standing to conduct HOA business. You can send a proxy form in with a neighbor you know will be attending the meeting or you can scan in a signed proxy and email it to the shoaboard@southporthoa.com. Members of the board will try to visit homes prior to the meeting to obtain proxies as well.
